Erminette Started Pullets
The Erminette chicken is known for its striking black-and-white mottled feather pattern that gives each bird a beautifully unique appearance. It's feathers are randomly mixed in a marbled, “salt and pepper” pattern, making no two birds exactly alike. They have clean yellow legs, a single comb, and a sturdy, well-balanced body typical of Plymouth Rocks. Erminettes are friendly, calm, and hardy birds that adapt well to backyard flocks. As a dual-purpose breed, they are dependable layers of medium to large brown eggs and are also valued for their solid build. Their eye-catching coloration combined with their steady egg production and easygoing temperament makes them a wonderful addition to both family flocks and small farms.
