English Red Orpington Pullet Chicks

These chickens qualify for our  hen guarantee. If a chicken you purchase as a pullet (not a straight run) turns out to be a rooster, you can get the purchase price back as store credit. You have the option to keep or return the rooster. A rooster return is not required to get your store credit. You also have the option to receive a replacement pullet.  You may select a replacement that is the same age or younger from our pullets available for sale.  For shipping orders, the customer will pay the shipping costs to receive the replacement hen.

Orders must be picked up within 10 days of placing your order. 

Pre-order new hatch chicks must be picked up within 10 days of availability.

Orders for Houston Area Delivery will go out on the next scheduled delivery date to the drop off location of your choice.

Chicks, pullets, and cockerels over 5 weeks of age are allowed to free range in our chicken yard.  Please be aware that though this is the life chickens enjoy most, there are some inherent risks to this free range lifestyle.  If something should happen to a chicken that you have ordered before your order is fulfilled  and there is no available exact substitute, you may choose a replacement of equal value or receive a full refund.

Chickens are live animals.  SeaBreeze Hens strives to fulfill orders exactly as ordered.  Sometimes things can go wrong.  If it does, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement or provide a refund for your order.

We ship every Tuesday. Your order will normally ship on the first Tuesday after your order date. 

All chickens 3 months and older must ship Priority Express.  The post office will not accept older chickens shipping Priority Mail. 

 If you choose to ship your chicks via USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS, your shipment will be 100% guaranteed with refund or replacement (at your preference) for any loss of poultry.

If you choose to ship your chicks via USPS PRIORITY (instead of PRIORITY EXPRESS), SeaBreeze Hens is not responsible for losses due to late delivery or mishandling. Shipping birds via this delivery method is a risk assumed by the buyer.

Chickens that are 2 months and younger can not ship alone. Shipping minimum of 2 chicks for ages 1 month to 2 month. Minimum of 3 chicks for ages less than 1 month.

Chickens must be of similar age to ship together.  Additional shipping charges may be incurred if different ages of chickens are ordered together  

All chicks are vaccinated with 48 hours of hatching for Marek's Disease

All chicks are vaccinated for coccidiosis at 4 to 7 days of age.

All chicks are vaccinated for Fowl Pox with Pigeon Pox and Avian Encephalomyelitis at 6 weeks of age. If you purchase your chicks before they turn 6 weeks of age, you can bring them back during one of our scheduled  free vaccination days or schedule an appointment. for vaccinations ($25 appointment fee).
